ITILv4 Service Operation


ITIL Service Operation is one of five courses making up the ITIL Intermediate Service Lifecycle stream. ITIL Service Operation focuses on the principles, processes, operational activities and functions that enable organisations to manage the performance of their products and services.

For services to give genuine incentive to the business, they should be designed with the business destinations at the top of the priority list. Design includes the entire IT association, for it is the association that conveys and backs the services. ITIL Service Design (SD) is the phase in the lifecycle that turns a service procedure into an arrangement for conveying the business destinations.

The ITIL® Service Strategy training course looks in-depth at the concepts, processes and methods set out in the Service Strategy phase (definition of the strategy for IT services) of the Service Lifecycle.

The transition lifecycle stage takes the overall care of transition part of an organization from one state to another, mean while delivering the capabilities for service operational activities and and continual service improvement. The main aim of the transition stage is to plan and manage changes efficiently as well as effectively and at the same time controlling risks and delivering knowledge for decision support.

ITILv4 Managing Across The Lifecycle


The course covers the management-level concepts and core information for the integration of all the ITIL Service Lifecycles, but not specific details about each of the supporting processes.

ITIL Service Offerings & Agreements


This course immerses learners in the practical aspects of the ITIL Service Lifecycle and processes associated with the Service Offerings and Agreements of services. The main focus of this course is on the operational-level process activities and supporting methods and approaches to executing these processes in a practical, hands-on learning environment.

ITIL Operational Support & Analysis


The Operational Support and Analysis (OSA) module is one of the certifications in the ITIL®v3 Service Capability workstream. The module focuses on the practical application of OSA practices in order to enable event, incident, request, problem, access, technical, IT operations and application management.

ITIL Release Control & Validation


The RCV qualification would be suitable for IT professionals in roles such as Release Manager, Security Administrator, IT Operations Manager, Database Administrator and Security Manager.

ITILv4 Continual Service Improvement


The ITIL Intermediate Qualification: Continual Service Improvement Certificate is a free-standing qualification, but is also part of the ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle stream, and one of the modules that leads to the ITIL Expert in IT Service Management Certificate. The purpose of this training module and the associated exam and certificate is, respectively, to impart, test, and validate the knowledge on industry practices in Service Management as documented in the ITIL Continual Service Improvement publication.
